HOW LONG IS YOUR DATA KEPT?

In general, your data is kept for the time necessary to achieve the above-mentioned purposes, subject to obligations to retain certain data in application of legal or regulatory provisions (e.g. accounting and legal retention periods, legal archiving), to settle disputes and to assert, exercise and/or defend our rights. (For example : 3 years from the last contact from you for commercial prospecting ; 13 months for your navigation and traffic connection data, 10 years for customers due to the particularity of the real estate market).

It is specified that all these data may, however, be kept for longer than the above-mentioned periods :

Or, in the form of archives, to meet any legal and regulatory obligations that may be imposed on the real estate agency or during the legal periods of limitation. 
The aforementioned retention periods have been defined in order to enable us to process your requests (information, contact, online estimate…) and/or to carry out our commercial, communication, marketing and recruitment operations, while respecting the principle of proportionality according to which personal data must not be retained for longer than the period necessary to achieve the purpose for which it was collected.

At any time, you may access the personal data that you have entrusted to us, update, delete or request that they be returned to you.
